Fire Pump Systems – We are the ONLY fully certified service representative for the major fire pump controller manufacturers in BC, including Tornatech, Eaton Cutler-Hammer and Emerson Firetrol. Our ASTTBC certified technicians have been factory trained by the key fire pump manufacturers and we are experts in troubleshooting problems, doing major repairs and routine testing.

Booster Systems – Our expertise extends to booster pumps, both for commissioning and servicing. We also do complete domestic water booster package replacements. Replacing older systems with new technology is a great way to lower energy costs and save money.

PRVs – Pressure reducing valves play a vital role in limiting the pressure that system components are subjected to. If they fail, the consequences can be severe. They need to be maintained and serviced on a regular basis. We have a full complement of rebuild kits for the most common PRVs, from a simple field adjustment to a rebuild or a complete replacement.

Commissioning – We provide fire pump commissioning services for Xylem, National Process Equipment, Armstrong, Grundfos and Plad. NFPA-20 requires that both the pump and controller manufacturers be represented during commissioning. We represent both. We are the NFPA-20 experts! We also provide start-ups for domestic water packages and booster pumps and have gained a reputation for our knowledge of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drive) which are quickly becoming the industry standard.

Flow Meters – Flow meters are used to measure the volume of liquid flowing in each unit of time. For us, this typically means water flowing through a pipe. It is a convenient way to quickly determine the flow in a system and often the flow through a pump. Not all flow meters are created equal; many lose their calibration and are inaccurate and thus of little use. We recommend Gerand flow meters for fire protection fire pump systems; they work.
